We core-drill through grout joints, route low-voltage cable beneath the surface, and reseal with color-matched grout that disappears into the existing tile. The result looks like the lighting was designed into your home during construction — because it was installed by someone who understands how tile and stone behave.
Fixtures Built for Florida Homes
We source 90% of our residential fixtures from Garden Light LED — a premium manufacturer based right here in Tampa Bay, five minutes from our office. Their fixtures are built for Florida's heat, humidity, and salt air, and they carry a 20-year warranty. We have been using them for 18 years and stand fully behind their performance.
Every residential system we install runs on a low-voltage 12V platform — safe, energy-efficient, and exempt from Florida's electrical permit requirements. You do not need a permit, and we do not need an electrician on-site to complete your installation.
