For an estate-scale property, this is a substantive design session — we walk the full property after dark with portable fixtures, light the key elements, and develop a complete picture of what the finished system will deliver before any discussion of investment.
We take the time to get it right at the demo stage. The homeowners who see the result at demonstration are the ones who end up with a system they are proud of. We do not rush this step.
From demo to completed installation is typically one week. For large Avila estates with complex hardscape, it may run slightly longer — we communicate timeline expectations clearly from the start.
