Orlando's Premier Gated Community Near Disney
Royal Cypress Preserve is one of the most sought-after gated communities in the Orlando metro area — a neighborhood of Mediterranean and Spanish-style luxury homes positioned in the heart of the Disney corridor in southwest Orlando. The homes are architectural statements: stone facades, arched entries, tile rooflines, and mature tropical landscaping on properties that command respect from the street.
The area around Walt Disney World has become one of the most competitive luxury real estate markets in Florida, attracting buyers from across the country and internationally. Homeowners in Royal Cypress Preserve maintain their properties to a standard consistent with the community's prestige — and outdoor lighting is part of that standard.
LED Artistry has completed 34 installations in this single neighborhood — more than most lighting companies do across an entire market. Every pin on the neighborhood map is a completed project. Every one was the result of a neighbor seeing a finished installation and asking who did it.

Why Royal Cypress Keeps Calling LED Artistry
LED Artistry has completed 34 outdoor lighting projects inside Royal Cypress Preserve alone — more than most lighting companies do across an entire city in a year. When word of mouth takes hold in a neighborhood, it compounds. One finished installation visible from the street becomes the next conversation at the gate.
Many Royal Cypress homes feature natural stone and stucco facades that require precise uplight placement to bring out the texture without washing the surface flat. LED Artistry's tile and stone background — 20+ years of working with natural stone surfaces — means we know exactly where to place the fixture to make each stone course read beautifully after dark.
Royal Cypress homeowners love the ability to change their home's color on demand — red for holidays, blue for game nights, whatever fits the season. LED Artistry installs RGBW color-capable systems that switch from warm white to any color in seconds via app control. No re-installation required.
The Mediterranean and Spanish-style architecture throughout Royal Cypress Preserve — arched entries, tile rooflines, stone columns, stucco facades — responds beautifully to uplighting when the placement is right. Get it wrong and the architecture looks flat. Get it right and the home looks like it belongs on a European hillside.
34 installations means 34 satisfied clients whose neighbors drove past and asked who did it. In a gated community where homeowners see each other's work every day, the standard is set by the best installation in the neighborhood. LED Artistry aims to be that installation — on every single home.
The area near Disney World in Orlando is one of the most competitive luxury home markets in Florida. These homeowners have high expectations and access to any contractor in the state. They keep calling LED Artistry because the result stands apart — and because 20-year warranted Garden Light LED fixtures don't fade, fail, or need replacing.
34 of Your Neighbors Have Already Called Us
If you live in Royal Cypress Preserve and haven't spoken to us yet, you have almost certainly seen our work — driving past a finished installation at night, or talking to a neighbor who mentioned their lighting. That's how it always starts.
We offer a free nighttime demonstration at your property — we come after dark with actual fixtures and show you exactly what your home will look like before you make any decision. For the style of homes in Royal Cypress, that demonstration is usually all it takes.
