George Steinbrenner Estate
131 W Davis Blvd · Davis Islands · Tampa, FL
Someone photographed a Moroccan pebble mosaic at a high-class Miami resort and sent the picture to Cory Glenn. Cory replicated it — by hand, stone by stone — at the George Steinbrenner estate on Davis Islands. Then he lit it.

A Miami Resort Design. Replicated by Hand in Tampa.
The Moroccan pebble mosaic on the floors of the Steinbrenner estate didn't originate in Tampa. It originated at a high-end resort in Miami. A guest saw it, photographed it, and sent the picture to Cory Glenn with a simple ask: can you do this?
Cory could. He sourced black and white river stones, mixed mortar, and hand-set every single stone — replicating the intricate geometric star patterns of the Moroccan design across the courtyard floors of the estate at 131 W Davis Blvd. Not a prefabricated kit. Not a shortcut. Each stone placed individually, pattern by pattern, until the floor of a Tampa Bay estate matched the floor of a luxury Miami resort.
The installation required 20+ years of tile and stone expertise to execute without cracking the substrate or losing the geometric precision of the original pattern. Moroccan pebble mosaics are unforgiving — the grout lines are defined by the stones themselves, and a misplaced stone reads across the entire room. Cory had been working in tile and marble since the 1980s. He knew the material.
After the mosaic work was complete, LED Artistry installed outdoor lighting throughout the estate — including fixtures routed directly through the Moroccan tile archways that frame the entrances. Every penetration was sealed and color-matched. The archway tiles show no visible evidence of the work. The light just appears, exactly where it should.
“The kind of job that only exists for one company in Florida — the company that starts with the tile and ends with the light.”

What This Kind of Work Actually Requires
20+ Years of Tile & Stone Experience
Replicating a Moroccan pebble mosaic from a photograph — with no template, no prefab kit, and no margin for error — requires a deep background in tile and stone installation. Cory Glenn has been working with stone since the 1980s. LED Artistry is the only outdoor lighting company in Florida with this background.
The Ability to Read a Design from a Photo
The Miami resort design was a photograph. No blueprint, no measurements, no spec sheet. Cory interpreted the pattern, sourced the materials, and rebuilt it from visual reference alone — the way a craftsman who has lived in tile for decades can.
Lighting Through Moroccan Tile — Without Damage
Installing fixtures through Moroccan-tiled archways requires core-drilling through decorative tile without cracking the surface, routing low-voltage conduit through the wall substrate, and sealing every penetration to match the original tile perfectly.
The Standard on Every Project
LED Artistry brings this level of craftsmanship to every installation — from a $7,500 residential job in South Tampa to an estate commission on Davis Islands. The same tile expertise. The same Garden Light LED fixtures with the 20-year warranty. The same standard.
