Avila
Tampa's Most Exclusive Gated Golf Community
20+ outdoor lighting installations. Vince Naimoli. Lou Piniella. Over 20 of Tampa's most accomplished homeowners. The community where Florida's most prestigious addresses are — and the lighting company they all trusted.
Tampa's Pinnacle Address
Avila is the single most prestigious private address in Tampa Bay — a guard-gated, deed-restricted golf community in Northdale built around a championship private course. The homes inside Avila are architectural statements: Mediterranean estates, European manor houses, and modern masterpieces maintained to a standard that has kept the community at the absolute top of the Tampa Bay luxury market since it was established.
Avila is where Tampa Bay's most accomplished figures live — executives who built companies, athletes who defined eras, civic leaders who shaped the city. The community is private by design and prestigious by reputation. To work in Avila is to work at a standard that demands excellence on every visible surface.
LED Artistry has completed more than 20 installations in Avila — making it one of our deepest neighborhood presences in all of Tampa Bay, rivaled only by Culbreath Isles. Every installation in Avila was the result of a referral inside the gates. Not one came from advertising.
The Names Inside the Gates
Vince Naimoli brought Major League Baseball to Tampa Bay in 1998 as the founding owner of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. His Avila estate represents one of LED Artistry's most storied client relationships — a home belonging to the man who changed Tampa Bay's sports identity forever.
Sweet Lou. Tampa native. One of the most respected managers in the history of the game. Lou Piniella's Avila estate is one of LED Artistry's installations in a community where the standard for every visible exterior detail is simply the best.
Beyond the public names, Avila is home to more than 20 LED Artistry clients who represent the executive and business leadership of Tampa Bay — entrepreneurs, developers, attorneys, and community figures who chose the same contractor for their most prized private estate.
Why Avila Calls LED Artistry
Avila is Tampa's most prestigious private community — a guard-gated, deed-restricted neighborhood built around a championship golf course in Northdale. The homes range from elegant Mediterranean estates to modern architectural showpieces, all maintained to a standard that has kept Avila at the pinnacle of the Tampa Bay luxury market for decades.
Avila homeowners see each other's properties constantly — on the golf course, at the gate, from the road. A lighting installation that fades in two years, a fixture that corrodes, a wire run that becomes visible at the surface — these are not acceptable in this community. LED Artistry's 20-year warranted Garden Light LED fixtures and hardscape-first installation methodology deliver a result that holds up to that standard.
The estates in Avila feature the kind of exterior hardscape — travertine entries, stone facades, paver motor courts, custom balustrades — that requires real tile and marble expertise to light correctly. LED Artistry's 20+ years of stone and hardscape contracting is the reason our work in Avila looks like it was designed into the home during construction.
When the founder of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and a legendary MLB manager both choose the same lighting contractor for their private estates, it says something that no marketing claim can replicate. LED Artistry has earned the trust of the most accomplished homeowners in Tampa Bay — and maintained it through 18 years of consistent craftsmanship.
Every LED Artistry installation in Avila came from a referral inside the community. No cold calling. No advertising. One homeowner finishes, the neighbor asks who did it, and the next project begins. Twenty-plus installations in a single gated community is the purest form of portfolio validation.
Avila continues to see high-end renovations and new construction as homeowners invest in their estates. LED Artistry works alongside architects and builders from the ground up — lighting planned into the design phase so fixtures emerge from the right surfaces the right way, not retrofitted after.
Your Neighbors Have Already Called Us
LED Artistry has completed more than 20 installations in Avila. If you live in the community and haven't spoken to us yet, you've almost certainly driven past our work on the way home — or sat across from it on the golf course.
We offer a free nighttime demonstration at your property. We come after dark with actual fixtures and show you exactly what your home will look like before you make any decision. For the estates in Avila, that demonstration typically sets the standard for the entire street.
