About the Accardi Family

The Parking Kings of Tampa

John Accardi and Jason Accardi built 717 Parking into one of the largest parking operations in the United States. Based in Tampa, they are known throughout the city as the Parking Kings — a family that turned a single-market business into a national enterprise while staying rooted in the Tampa Bay community.

Both brothers chose Culbreath Isles — South Tampa's most exclusive guard-gated waterfront community on Westshore Boulevard — as their home. John has been there for over a decade, his lighting done by LED Artistry more than 10 years ago. Jason is building his second home there now, in the same neighborhood, and LED Artistry is doing the outdoor lighting on the new construction.

This is what an 18-year relationship looks like. It started in 2008 — the same year Cory Glenn founded LED Artistry — with Jason's original home. Then John's Culbreath Isles estate. Now Jason's second home, under construction today. Not a one-time job. A contractor who gets called back for the next house, and the one after that, for nearly two decades.
